The 2025 Acura ZDX is into its second year as Acura’s very first EV offering. This mid-size luxury SUV has much to offer, with plenty of standard tech, a quiet ride, and strong motors. Add that to an excellent warranty package, and you’ve got a standout SUV that is perfect for any driver and occasion. Let’s break down what we can expect to see in the all-new Acura ZDX.

Steady Power, Versatile Options

The Acura ZDX has several powertrain configurations that produce a range of power to accommodate different needs. The base trim has a single-motor, RWD set-up that produces 358 horsepower. In the optional dual-motor, AWD configuration, the horsepower is raised to 490 hp. Opting for the AWD Type S trim lets you play with 499 horsepower, and it also features an air suspension system with adaptive dampers.

High Range, Quick Charging

The Acura ZDX makes use of GM’s Ultium battery technology, which offers superior range. The 102.0-kWh battery pack can provide an estimated 313 miles of range in the RWD base model, while the AWD version comes in slightly less at 304 miles. Unlike many other EVs, DC fast charging is made standard, so everyone can experience the time-savings that quick charging provides. In only 10 minutes, you’ll gain back an estimated 81 miles of range.

Comfortable Interior for All

Inside the Acura ZDX’s cabin, standard leather upholstery and 12-way power-adjustable front seats with heated and ventilation make for comfortable and luxurious driving. The Type S trim features standard 16-way power-adjustable seats with added thigh extensions and side bolsters.

Other standard comfort features in all trims include a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. Combine these features with a quiet and smooth ride, and you’ve got the ultimate peaceful driving experience.

Advanced Tech Made Standard

Comfort isn’t the only thing made standard in the Acura ZDX; it also comes with a whole host of standard technology features. The 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen boasts a Google operating system with in-built Google Maps navigation. It also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and plays host to a Bang & Olufsen 14-speaker audio system. An optional 18-speaker system is available as an upgrade for an enhanced cinematic audio experience.

The Acura ZDX is a true luxury SUV. With efficient and strong motors that facilitate excellent driving range and a quick-charging battery, long road-trips will become a staple in this vehicle’s repertoire.
